Outside of ZenPins I work a full-time average Joe job, working that satisfying 40 hours a week. I may take a while to get orders out (especially for pre-orders due to the long wait times and general nature of enamel pins which may take longer) but I can assure you that orders will be processed within a maximum 5-7 business days. If for whatever reason I take longer I will reach out to inform you of the delay and I greatly appreciate your patience.

I ship to:
- All 50 US states
- Canada (all provinces and territories)
Please note: I unfortunately do not ship to Europe or other international destinations outside of Canada at this time. If you really want a specfic product shipped please reach out to me. I want to make sure anyone can have the pin they want no matter where they live. (It's just international prices are kind of pricey)

(I have found out as of November 6th, 2025, Canada Post has been chilling out because of the holidays. This may be subject to change in the future.)
Canadian customers may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees determined by Canadian customs authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs.
✦ Pre-Orders ✦
Unfortunately pin pre-orders can take 3-6 months due to busy manufacturers, complexity, and just how long it takes for me to receive pins. So it may take some time until I ship them out to you depending on when I have recieved your order.
If your order happens to contain both in-hand and pre-order pins, they will both ship together until I have pre-orders ready. If you want in-hands as soon as possible, please purchase them separately.
✦ Delivery Issues ✦
If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed, please contact me and include pictures of the damaged packaging and product. I will do my best but cannot guarantee a replacement of products as stock can vary. I can however, do my best to refund your product if I deem fit. This refund will NOT include shipping.
✦ Address Changes ✦
Address changes can only be made before your order ships. Once shipped, I cannot redirect packages to a new address. So please ensure and double check your address is correct. I will do my best on my social medias to ensure everyone's addresss is up to date.
